  • Deloitte 555 Mission Street, 6th Floor San Francisco, CA, 94105 United States (map)

Lockpicking is a key sport for hackers, as locks are merely delay mechanisms and some are way more vulnerable to being picked than others! How do those locking mechanisms work? I'm glad you asked! Join the WISP Community as we learn the basics of lockpicking and compete against our peers. We'll practice picking various locks and handcuffs for fun! The more that you know about lock technology, the better you will understand how and where certain weaknesses are present. This makes you well-equipped to participate in sportpicking endeavors. More importantly, you will become a savvier consumer as you make decisions on what locks to buy based on sound fact and research.
