WISP NYC Event Coordinator

Event coordinators are the backbone to making WISP events happen! You’ll be working with the New York WISP Group leadership and a team to help plan, organize and hold WISP NY events.


  • Collaborates on New York WISP Group yearly event plan, including sourcing event partners, speakers, venues

  • Helps New York WISP Group organize and host events, and rally the support of volunteers

  • Post event surveys and follow up for New York WISP Group

Who we are looking for

  • Passionate about supporting education, training, and advancement for women in security and privacy

  • Event management experience is definitely a plus!

  • A strong network on the east coast to partners with for events

  • Collaborative with great communication skills

Estimated Time Commitment

  • +/- 15-20 hours per month
