August 8, 2016 Women make up just 10% of the infosec workforce, and of those, 3% are African-American women and 1% are Latina women. In this WISP and Equal Respect panel about the continued lack of diversity in the infosec and technology space, these five women discussed their own experiences and offered insight about attracting more women to this field.
