Cyber 5W Scholars
Women in Security and Privacy (WISP) is proud to celebrate the success of our partnership with Cyber 5W, which provided 10 scholarships for hands-on cybersecurity training to the WISP community.
As part of our ongoing mission to advance women and underrepresented professionals in the fields of security and privacy, this collaboration brought world-class, skills-based learning directly to those eager to take the next step in their careers.
🧠 The Training Opportunity
Through this partnership, selected scholars received full scholarships to Cyber 5W’s intensive, career-building courses:
🛡️ 5 recipients completed the C5W Malware Analysis Course
🔍 5 recipients completed the C5W Digital Forensic Analysis Course
These programs gave participants the chance to develop highly sought-after technical skills through guided labs, real-world scenarios, and practical exercises in malware detection and forensic investigation.

Cybersecurity is evolving fast—and so must the professionals who protect our systems and data. By offering technical, experience-based training, WISP and Cyber 5W helped empower a new group of rising professionals with the knowledge and confidence to thrive in high-impact roles.
