Civo Navigate North American 2025 Scholars

In February 2025, Women in Security and Privacy (WISP) proudly partnered with Civo Navigate to offer 20 free tickets to members of our community for Civo Navigate North America, which was held in San Francisco on February 10–11, 2025.

This year’s event welcomed over 1,000 attendees and featured more than 50 talks and workshops focused on thriving in the ever-evolving cloud native ecosystem. From Kubernetes and DevOps to AI, Machine Learning, Edge Computing, Observability, and Security, the conference provided a comprehensive deep dive into the technologies shaping the future of infrastructure and innovation.

WISP scholars had the extraordinary opportunity to hear from some of the industry’s most influential voices. Steve Wozniak, Apple co-founder, kicked off Day 1 with an inspiring keynote, while Kelsey Hightower and Solomon Hykes returned to share their insights on cutting-edge cloud-native trends.

Our scholars expressed excitement about:

  • Learning how to leverage Kubernetes and DevOps tools for scalable, secure deployments

  • Gaining real-world insights into observability and AI integrations

  • Connecting with leaders driving the future of cloud and edge computing

  • Being part of a vibrant, inclusive tech community focused on innovation and collaboration

We’re proud to have helped our community engage with the latest developments in cloud native technologies and to support emerging leaders in building their knowledge, networks, and careers.
