IAPP 2025 Scholars
In one of our most anticipated and competitive scholarship opportunities each year, Women in Security and Privacy (WISP) partnered once again with our long-time supporter, the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), to offer four IAPP Online Bundles to the WISP community.
This year, we received an overwhelming response—with nearly 3,000 applicants competing for just four available bundles. The scholarship provided each recipient with:
✨ Self-Paced Online Training
✨ An Exam Voucher
✨ A Practice Exam
🎯 Plus, the opportunity to choose one of IAPP’s globally recognized certifications:
✅ CIPT – for privacy technologists
✅ CIPM – for privacy program managers
✅ CIPP/US – focusing on U.S. privacy laws
✅ CIPP/E – focused on European data protection
These scholarships were designed to empower professionals pursuing careers in privacy and data protection—whether just entering the field or aiming to advance to the next level. Our scholars shared ambitious and thoughtful goals: earning their first privacy certification, transitioning into privacy-focused legal roles, and building programs that support ethical data use in global organizations.
We’re proud to uplift these voices and support their continued growth as privacy leaders through this prestigious and highly sought-after opportunity. Thank you again to IAPP for your continued support of WISP, our community, and our mission!
