WEEK 1, COVID-19 & EMPLOYEE HEALTH DATA. To keep workplaces safe, US companies are collecting more health data about their workforce than ever before -- temperature checks, holiday plans to health declarations. Join us on April 15 at 8pm as we ask "5 COVID-19 Qs" of Loeb & Loeb’s Jessica Lee and Angela Matney. In this informal, interactive chat, you will learn how to navigate the federal and state regulatory challenges of these new types of data collections, what actions companies should take to stay compliant and pitfalls to avoid.
