Mozilla Privacy Lab: Community Practices for Privacy

  • Mozilla 2 Harrison Street San Francisco, CA, 94105 United States (map)

The topic is knowledge-sharing around community practices for privacy.

This month's Privacy Lab will take a slightly different shape than
others. We'll come together to discuss how to defend and reclaim
privacy, not necessarily through a particular practice or tool, but
rather through a community organizing and coalition building.

Melissa Romaine from Mozilla and Shahid Buttar from EFF will
co-facilitate a session that will help reveal some of the many reasons
that privacy matters, give you a chance to think about allies and
outreach in a systematic way, and highlight community engagement
opportunities to pursue in your own work going forward.
